I had to return the first unit because the body is cracking after 8 days uses . After talk to customer care send for Replacement but not replaced send back in almost broken condition . Worked for 8 days and stopped. Hence I am getting it repaired by paying another 800 rupees. Please don’t purchase such brand products, better to buy standard brands and pay little more.

I had to return the first unit because the temperature control was not proper. Replacement which came it was worst than earlier one. Worked for 2 days and stopped. The complaint could not be launched because their proforma wanted uploads and very complicated. No one will take the trouble of going through that process for 1000 rupees. Hence I am getting it repaired by paying another 600 rupees. Hence don’t reply on such brands better to buy standard brands and pay little more.

A fraud company which sales not usable or dammage products. Very poor Quality. When i bought it, they supplied broken product from inside, Then Amazon replace it with new one. Somehow i could not use/check the product for two months so i calimed for warrrenty for which i had to pay courier charges as no service center is nearby. but today when i get its replacement it is again broaken.
