Product received not seal packed. No User Manual in pack, Strange !!
Buttons are not smooth and looks of lower quality.

The product received is very bad it is not working properly there is no bill received along with cook top no guarantee card also it’s return police is 1st April if possible it may be replaced with another one because of my journey I am unable to place return police with in stipulated time if possible my request may be considered

I returned it because It was founded brocken and buttons were not working properly

Received the product in good condition. But, in the packet, there was no warranty card and user manual present.

Product was used one QC label was torn
There were scratches on the surface
When turned on it shows error and does not allow to select any mode
Worst of all there is no manual in the packing which shows that a used product was provided by the vendor

Nice items l like it’ and i love always Kent product…. but not given the manual used catlog in the box it’s very difficult and know the used of the product funsing.. and not attend the service person after continuing call and every time given false commitment so don’t purchased The same.
