This is very worst product within 7 months all burners are not working. I have lodged a complaint to the customer care of faber they are demanding to pay service charge.why I have to pay service charge for their mistake. Thay have to replace even the whole product for their blunder, pl do the needful.

I am awestruck to sheer simplicity and beauty if this product. Initially had apprehension on 4 burner stove about space consumption and also about use of all burners at same time. This product just broke my myth and proved that Brand has its own class. I am extremely satisfied with looks, ease of operating and utmost my family loves it. It a must go for product without second thought. Even the service operation team called within stipulated time for warranty registration. All and all I very happy with product.

I’m writing this review after using the Faber gas burner for around 19 months, and honestly, it has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The product didn’t even work properly for a month after buying it. The quality of the components — especially the knobs and fittings — is extremely poor.
From the beginning, there has been frequent gas leakage, and my kitchen constantly smells of gas. It’s genuinely scary to cook because I’m always worried about a mishap. I have to keep the windows open all the time just for ventilation.
I’ve raised multiple complaints, and although the Faber service team has repaired it several times, the issue is never resolved completely. I’ve completely lost confidence in this product — even if it works temporarily, I’m always afraid that gas leakage might happen again at any time.
This product is very risky and unsafe for home use. I would never recommend it to anyone. Faber seriously needs to improve their quality and take responsibility for such faulty and dangerous products.
