This product is superb, good quality since i have received this product I have been using it and it has been 3 days till now. As it’s mentioned that it keep the food warm till 5 hours it is true. Every details that has mentioned is true. Till now i hasn’t given me any problem hope it will also last.

Have been using it for quite some time and researched alot before buying it still made a mistake. It waste a lot of rice. No matter how carefully you set the soaked rice on the tray, it still floats right under the tray during cooking because the tray is not the correct size or may be the pot is just made wrong. It cooks alright and steam tray functions fine. If you are steaming veges while cooking rice then remember the juice of the veges will come in the rice too. I once steamed beetroot and some of my rice turned pink, Which is not a big deal.

Overall performance is good, but compared to other product cooking time is more.

Suitable for cooking only long rice. Other rice like sulekha, jaya, brown rice which people commonly use would take more than 1and half hour to get cooked and u need to keep checking adding water or else the rice wont cook. Over all my experience says good if you dont have time to use the fire wood stove or gas. I purchase it when my mom got ill to save her trouble of cooking but she didn’t like this idea but i enjoyed taste is all the same. But quty. Of cooked rice would look less as compare to the one we prepare in the rice pot in fire

I purchased it about 2 year 4 months ago. First time I received a damaged product and ordered replacement. After receiving the replacement it was in good condition. I am till using it without any problem. This product is easy to use for all. This product is recommended for purchase.

It works but the glass lid keeps shaking due to just normal pressure so have to keep something on the glass lid just to keep it stable
