I purchased this product less than three months ago, and it has already stopped working. The charging function completely failed, so the item is now unusable. What makes the situation worse is that there’s absolutely no way to get in touch with customer support, even though the product is supposed to be covered under a one-year warranty.
I expected at least some level of reliability and after-sales service, but unfortunately, this brand doesn’t seem to care about its customers once the sale is done. Very disappointing experience—definitely not worth the money.
Would not recommend.
