Worst product and even worst after sales customer service from both- Amazon as well the product manufacturer. It did not work first time and ever. I had to call and coordinate with product support with numerous attempts. Technician came and went in 2 mins mentioning faulty sensor in the new product. And it needs repair and replacement to be done after 4-5 days.
For return and refund, Amazon simply shook their hands off saying the product support need to confirm. Even with multiple calls to Amazon and product support, no one helped with resolution. I had one of worst experiences so far buying this product. The whole shopping experience was extremely frustrating and with empty promises on timelines to resolve the issues.

Very easy, very, very convenient to make stuff in this and saves lot of money instead of buying from outside.
