The product was bought on June, it worked well for 4 months. It is now not getting switched on, hence called customer service it is all AI Driven. Complaint is getting registered however, on next day they are closing it saying resolved. If I try to make a call to the customer again it’s going to AI mode only and new request is getting raised. Fed up with this and I really feel very bad for choosing this one. The next what i heard from my circle is PHILIPS please go for it. Don’t waste your money on this Kent product.

The product is good; it works as expected. We tried chicken tandoori, fries, and some basic items, and it didn’t disappoint. It doesn’t take up a lot of space, making it suitable for quick frying options.
The packaging was really bad. Delivery was late, and when it got here, the product was damaged, which ultimately damanged the air fryer drawer. I’m not happy with this service.

I received a defective product. I am not getting any service either from the seller or the authorized service partner or agent of the manufacture of the product in spite of repeated service calls and I am unable to use the produce since I bought it. Now I am refreshing my feedback as follows: Initially I received a defective product which did not work. I ha also purchased additional warranty of the product for one year more at the time of purchase at a nominal cost. Under the warranty, KENT RO SYSTEMS LTD has replaced defective Air Fryer with a new one which is now working properly. I am really happy with the sincere efforts of the Kent and its after sale service people to address my concern. I am thankful to the concerned people at Kent’s head office for monitoring the subject issue on regular basis for replacement of the defective product. Now, I am good with the product and look forward for similar services from the Kent in the future. Now, I am inclined to assign 5 STARS to the product and after sale service of the product.
