strongly advise against purchasing this Inalsa Air Fryer. While the product itself might look fine on paper, the after-sales experience is a complete nightmare.
The customer service team is incredibly ignorant and hopeless. I have been trying to get assistance, but they seem completely uninterested in resolving issues. To make matters worse, the demo technician is highly unprofessional. He consistently gives fake commitments—every day it’s the same story: “I will come today,” and when he doesn’t show up, he says, “I’ll be there tomorrow.”
This cycle of broken promises has been going on for far too long. It is clear that the company’s support system is fake and totally unreliable. Save your money and your sanity—buy from a brand that actually values its customers and honors its service commitments.

Very satisfied with product..Working efficiently. Had an adjustment issue of the food basket initially so raised a concern. It was addressed in the timeline provided and Pritee from Inalsa contacted and guided me thoroughly and it really helped. Now my product working perfectly fine.

The device is pretty amazing. Once can cook in very little oil things like French fries. The overall package is way cheaper than anything that I could get that is ceramic and safe for food. Everything works pretty well. Decent volume for cooking enough food. Cooks pretty quickly. Being ceramic it’s risk free.
The chrome on the handle is fragile and broke in less than 10 times of use.

Its an fantastic product but it’s a thing or what that power button is not working at all, all buttons are working just fine and sometimes not responding and even after the timing is completed the air fryer wont stop after beeping it keeps running,and inside light is not working at all ,i dont know what to sey anymore like this are minor issue for short term but what about long shud i replace it or not iam wondering

Very nice air fryer especially the ceramic coating. Did a lot of research before buying this one as it was in budget with ceramic coating which is toxin free which is good for health.
Build quality is also durable.
This 5.5 l capacity suffice family of 4-5.
Being ceramic coated cleaning is easy.
Cooks every thing evenly . I tried chicken, fish , steak, bhindi, muffins, cake and even fried spring rolls, samosas every time they came out great.
Will recommend this one to anyone
