I bought INALSA Air Fryer Oven 12 Ltr few days back and I am very happy with its working. It is very user friendly. The touch panel is so easy—even my dad uses it. Presets for fries, chicken, and cake that save time. Basket is huge, comes out easily. It is dishwasher safe, just soak and wipe. Cleaning done in a minute. You can easily make fries, samosas, paneer tikka, chicken wings, etc at once, no more waiting in line for snacks…!!! I am very happy with my purchase

This is the first time I am using an air fryer, and my experience with the Inalsa Aero Crisp 12-litre has been very good so far. The touch controls are smooth and working perfectly.
I tried cooking chicken roast, and the result was fantastic. The chicken cooked evenly, tasted really good, and was much better than traditional oil frying. It was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, without using much oil.
The capacity is also good for family use. Overall, it feels like a value-for-money product at this price point.
I will update my review later if needed based on long-term usage.

I am writing this review to warn potential buyers about the mental harassment and financial stuck-up I am facing with the seller “RetailEZ Pvt Ltd” and Amazon’s delivery service.
The Product & Initial Fault: I placed a prepaid order for an Inalsa 12L Air Fryer Oven on January 30th, 2026. I received the unit on Tuesday, February 3rd. Upon immediate inspection, I found the product was defective—the rotisserie function was not working and the motor wouldn’t spin. It is clear that the seller, RetailEZ Pvt Ltd, did not perform even a basic quality check before shipping a premium appliance.
Operational Incompetence: I immediately contacted Amazon for a replacement. I was given a delivery timeline of February 5th and 6th. After waiting for two days, the product never arrived. When I followed up with customer care, I was told a bizarre reason: “The product failed the scanning process at the Amazon delivery hub” and therefore could not be delivered. How can a replacement unit fail a scan at their own hub? This shows a massive gap in their logistics.
The Refund & Pickup Struggle: Frustrated by this delay, I cancelled the replacement and asked for a full refund. I confirmed the return/pickup request on Monday, February 9th (Today). However, I am still waiting for the pickup agent. As a working professional, I cannot be available at home all the time. I have had to reschedule my professional commitments and office work multiple times just to stay home for this pickup, yet no one shows up.
Financial Deadlock: My money is currently held by Amazon. I need to re-order a working appliance, but I am unable to do so because a significant amount is stuck in this failed transaction.
Warning to Buyers: Please be very careful before ordering from RetailEZ Pvt Ltd. Their products are faulty, and their coordination with Amazon’s logistics is pathetic. I am currently stuck with a dead product, a blocked refund, and a ruined work schedule.
Amazon Team, I need an immediate pickup and an instant refund!

I have been using this air fryer for weeks now, and it’s a solid entry-level option for healthier frying without much oil. It handles basics like french fries, chicken nuggets, and veggies well, crisping them up nicely once you get the timing right. The build quality feels sturdy, and cleanup is easy with the nonstick basket. The preset functions are hit-or-miss; they often run too hot or don’t time correctly, leading to overcooked edges or underdone centers. I end up tweaking the manual temp and time settings every time for better results.Overall, it’s an okay product for the price—does what it promises if you’re patient and adjust settings. Not perfect, but good enough for daily use.

I recently purchased the Inalsa Air Fryer and I am very happy with the product. It is very easy to use and control are simple and user friendly. Build quality is also very nice. The food cooks evenly. Very good product and totally worth the price.

Its a great product. I am using this from last 6 months and it is worth to buy.
Space wise it accommodate like cake tray or 6 pudding plate tray. It can regular sized pizza which we usually buy from shops. Bakes pasta and lasagna very well.
Depending on your heart need, it has different racks and you can cook easily anything.
I have not used a single drop of oil, while preparing the food. This way it’s quite healthy to eat and also good to prepare at home.
The built quality is also good and cleaning is easy. All it’s accessories are usable and can help you to cook a lot of varities from pizza to tandoor paneer or chicken roasted dry fruits or dehydrated fruits.
Don’t go for traditional air fryer, same price you can get better options and more space.
