Have received defective product I think, it is taking more than 60 min to air fry fries and smiley fries. Have ordered for replacement, hopefully the reorder product would be nice and working

The coating from the plate goes away … Rest it works fine ….. It does what it’s supposed to do … Less oil .. I feel like cook time is a bit much or like when I make fries they don’t get crispy but that mught be my fault …
