Had ordered it in the pre book when it was on their website. When I got it I got it broken. They also don’t have a refund policy it’s only replacement. Why would I ever want a replacement for an air fryer that can just shatter at any time. It’s a ticking time bomb. Such a massive safety concern. What a mistake and waste of 10 grand. The least you can do is create products that don’t pose such kind of risks to people especially when we have to eat out of it out. Absolutely ridiculous. Disappointing is an understatement. No support no help just a waste of time and money.

Perfect all round heating. Amazing presets. Also i checked with the brand and they provide doorstep warranty so i dont have to worry.
The full glass feature is super helpful. Feels like a solid machine all round. Worth it

Really good. I have tried all the functions and all work superb!. High value for money. The air fryer has a full visibility because of the glass build hence you can see how much is your food cooked

Heard about LUMA from my friends in tech. After hearing about it in every chat I applied to be on the waitlist. Was very happy to see it come live on Amazon finally.
TBH was blown away by the design & especially by the focus on safety. I go to the gym daily and a large part of my fitness routine is what we eat at home. Bought this to support my high protein diet.
Now after trying it for the last couple of days, I can safely say it’s been the best purchase I made all year.
I have made myself the paneer grills and it’s been super easy to prep and marinate in it , keep in the fridge and come back from office and quickly cook it in the same bowl while I go for a shower and get back. The attention to detail is superb. Even the tray is stainless steel.
The other thing my wife used it for was to bake high protein cookies for us over the weekend. They turned out excellent.
Basically now the LUMA does not only look incredible in my kitchen but the food turns out genuinely super tasty due to their Nutriretain tech .
We have chucked out the microwave & otg from my kitchen counter saving a tonne of space . Also it feels good to cook in glass and not the disgusting non stick full of microplastics . It’s super easy to clean too.
Only improvement I would suggest is something like skewers to grill foods in better and tongs to take food out of the luma easier. Also for some recipes where we need parchmenr paper, having it in the size would be helpful. The shape is diff from others so will help vs having to cut manually.

I’ve tried a bunch of air fryers before, but luma feels like a completely different experience.
Being able to actually see your food cook changes everything, no more opening the basket everytime to keep checking.
Made chicken and veggies which were really great and juicy not at all dry like others.
And toasted some sourdough which was perfect.
Overall, it’s a great all in one product and also looks great on my kitchen counter unlike others bulky appliances.

Got it today and tried it immediately with Paneer tikka, sweet potato fries and Makhanas…it absolutely came awesome ans kid loved it. First impression is really good! The glass bowl feels much safer compared to regular air fryers, and I love that I can actually see the food while it’s cooking.
The food came out crispy and evenly cooked. Cleaning was also very easy after use. Overall, very happy with my purchase so far! A must try air fryer with no Teflon guilt.

TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCT
. Very delicate and weak handles. The quality of the lid and the stainless steel crisper tray is very week.
The stainless steel crispy tray looks like it does not last more than 7 days for daily use. The quality of the lid is also bad. Good chances of breakage.
One thing issue these guys have spent a lot on marketing and advertisements and not concentrated on the quality of the product
