I bought a Agaro air fryer a few months ago and was excited to use it, but the experience has been very disappointing. Right from the beginning there was a weird plastic / burning smell whenever the air fryer heated up. I thought it would go away after a few uses, but it kept coming back and made me doubt whether the food was even safe to eat.
Within a few months the air fryer stopped working completely. When I reached out to Agaro customer care, I found out they do not have a service center in my city. Their “solution” was to courier a replacement part for around ₹1,700 and told me that I have to get it fixed/installed on my own. For a relatively new product, paying that much and then doing the repair myself feels very unfair.
After this, I checked more online reviews and realised my case is not unique. Many other users complain about strong plastic or burning smells, products failing early, poor after-sales support, and difficulty getting proper service or warranty in their city.
Overall, between the constant plastic smell, the unit failing in a few months, no local service center, and being asked to pay ₹1,700 and handle the repair myself, I really regret buying this. I would not recommend this air fryer or the brand.

I used this company product for the very first time and has been good product over all ,I’m using it since last 3 months .Worth the price . Easy to use and clean. Overall heats very well .Always prehat , french fries, roasted groundnut, also was able to roast chiwda which was soggy out due to rain with in mins it tuned crispy. Even bread toasted turned brown and crispy just like any other toaster.Only draw back is there is no additional basket with this product.. I would recommend buying the product as per budget.
