Build & Quality is good but it’s 3.5 l capacity. Can cook only 1kg chicken + 1kg rice = 2kg Biryani in total at the most hardly. I cooked 750gm chicken + 500 gm basumati rice, chicken Dum biryani and it’s alomst at the full of it’s capacity, just an inch space is left. Good for Fry, Biryani, curries mostly non veg. Cooks fast with less oil and comfortable. Taste is too good, ratains the flavors. Best for daily cooking too. Might have give 5star if it’s 4.5 L but sadly it’s 3.5 of capacity.

It is looking very beautiful. It is perfect for gas, induction, ceramic and halogen stoves in size and performance. The food cooked in this casserole does not burn and stays hot for a long time with safety lid.Its food grade stainless steel quality is superb for nutritional value and taste. The casserole looks great. The steel is hardy and weighted. I have been using plastic casserole from many time, it usually breaks if falls by mistake. The hardy casserole is of good quality steel and does not have any such issue. The lid fits perfectly and hold it well.

The flat base makes even distribution of heat for even cooking. On this utensils food does not get burnt while cooking it retains its heat for longer time.
