I had bought a set of lighters of Nisun last year in August 2021. Unfortunately one of it stopped working in April 2022. So we raised a concern with there team via whatsapp and email both. I received WhatsApp reply promptly and they asked if we want refund or replacement. They agreed for a replacement and sent it right away. And shipment details as well.
It was resolved under 6 hrs i think. And we have received the replacement.
For such a prompt customer service (which i might add is very rare) i would like to rate it 4 stars. One star less for the product was expected to work for comparatively longer time. I would like to give them a benefit of doubt that i might have received a rare product that stopped working soon. The other ones might be much better.

I have been using it for months and it has not failed me once, i use for my outdoor kitchen, it is durable enough to to stay outdoors, i left in rain multiple times and its still working just fine, great value for money. I dont think i can ever go back to using regular lighter for my outdoor stove

Initially I was a bit sceptical because almost every other lighter on Amazon was having bad rating. But man! this one stands out.
Its safe (no electric shock) & easy to use (plus have great aesthetic looks). Both are working in an excellent manner. I happy with the purchase.

I bought it two and half months back and it has been working completely reliably. Very satisfied with the product. The other lighters I had used earlier invariably died within a couple of months and I was getting quite frustrated. This one has held up remarkably well.
