This a great product but the installation service is not great as whirlpool and elica did not have proper internal communication. If there is a quick installation service is requested, they would take their own time to respond.

Apologise for my earlier review.
This is one of the worst purchases i have ever made in my life.
Started giving me problems even while it was under warranty.
Technicians came and repaired it thrice.However,the technicians never looked or behaved professional.
Each tehnician pointed out to some or the other wrong doing of the previous technician..
The technicians are not from company,but the company has outsourced after sales service to some third party and they are parhetic.
The burners burnt out and am finding replacement difficult.
Worst issue is the unreliable timing of spark plugs..
One burner is damaged beyond repair(or so it seems since all three technicians have failed to repair)
Burners won’t light when knob is switched on…and i have to keep a lighter in the kitchen separately. .
Overall fake product,fake service,fake company….
Never subscribe to anything from whirlpool.

Gas stove hob is nothing more than a simple domestic stove.Hob is not successful kitchen cooking machine .it is more complicated to the service .Although it is not a rocket science instruments. I personally don’t wanted at all it is headache in service points ,it is fancy showpiece in your KITCHEN. TOTAL AMOUNT WASTAGES.
