I bought this gas stove in 2022, I reached out to service team 5 times in first 8 months, which not only tells about the product quality but also about the service team. Overall disappointed with product. Choose normal gas stove over this. They are highly durable and cheap. For this stove , it’s feels like paying double/triple money to get less durable product. On top of it service is also not good. My only advice is to choose any stove over this.

I had purchase this gas cooktop thinking about the brand and the performance it would be able to provide.
However, This is completely wrong. There is a lot of issue with the middle burner. It is unable to start automatically with the spark plug.
The spark plug in the middle burner is not creating spark and due to this lot of gas start to leak at starting itself.
Another ridiculous thing is when we start right side burner. I don’t know why all three spark plug are getting sparking and at that same time also the middle burner is not getting the spark.
I truly believe that it’s just waste of my hard earn money.
Another thing is the installation person contacted me for installation. He came home for installation and he says no it will remain the same. I serious feel that what the waste of my time and money.
I won’t recommend this to anyone. Please don’t waste your hard-earn money on this.

Pls don’t buy as this product is sold on brand name of whirlpool however services are offered by Elica and none take care after sales and service, and glass top exploded,not safe
