This is the 2nd replacement of the product and again I have received damaged stove both time the glass top was not aligned also the burner cutting was visible from the top. Now the burner is also not working. Very disappointing. Please don’t buy this product.

Whirlpool Burner is a good product. We have recently brought the product from Amazon. The installation was done on time and the nob settings was done properly. The operations was explained well by the technician Salamat.

Pathetic product, ignition and flame does not work properly. It depends on the mood of the burner. Even after service technician attendance, issue is not resolved. It is still in warranty but company does not say anything about replacement. Pathetic service by whirlpool.

Glass top was not in correctly alignment.
There was no warranty card available, packaging didn’t look genuine.
When replaced got the perfect product with all the necessary things in it.

Auto ignition system is a classical case of worst designs.Pressing of any knob will result in spark generation at all the four burners and gives you a sense of using manual burning with tik tik sound at all the four burners simultaneously with obscure visibility at all the four burners.Due to the auto ignition needle ,cleaning after spillage is very difficult.In nutshell is a total waste of money
