Two burners are good. The distance between them is also good. But the SS plate of the stove is going down if we press. It is not a single solid body. The round holders given has only 2 legs instead of 4 legs and hence shaking while we prepare dosa or chappathi when we continuously doing something on the stove.

Sturdy build quality. Burners are bigger than normal 2 burner stoves which is great. Flame quality was good after adjusting air intake a little. Overall very good product.

Got this Gas stove delivered on Nov 24th. We got the stove installed with new pipelines from the local Gas Cylinder vendor by 26th Nov. then we found that the stove is not working properly as expected, if we do SIM the gas stove goes off and issue is with both the burners, complaint raised immediately on 26th itself and got the Ticket No. SVC082102 from Vidiem customer care. Today is 2nd Dec till now No response and we are totally not happy with the product and service. AMAZON please look into this and help me to find the solution. Since the GAS Stove is installed with the NEW GAS Pipes, I don’t want to raise return request.

I wanted a stainless steel 2 burner gas stove. After a lot of consideration and trusting the good reviews, I decided to go for vidiem 2 burner stainless steel gas stove as it offered such good qualites as advertised and a 5 year warranty.
However, after getting the product, it turned out to have poor craftmenship. It is wobbly on a plain surface. The steel is really thin. The weight does not seem 5.4kg what-so-ever as mentioned. But all thats fine. The main chaotic issue the left side burner is slanted (as shown in the picture). Not to mention that it did not stand stable. The stove keeps wobbling to you cannot keep anything heavy to cook as it might fall and burn the person during cooking.
This is possibly the most expensive 2 burner stainless steel gas stove on amazon but the product quality is not upto the mark of the price – not even close.
Do not fall for ‘5 years warranty’ and ‘Every product goes through testing’ as clearly mine didn’t. It has ISI mark but the product is not safe – at least the one delivered to me.
