Purchased Png compatible cooktop. Called custom care and spoke with Sayma madam. She arranged a technician to visit within two hrs. Installation was done neatly and he demonstrated its working. Great service. Product looks awesome.

Worst product the flame is very high even after using this on sim flame. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this product and the support team of surya is also worst no support they provide in order to replace the product.

It is real PNG gas stove, as I connected this PNG Gas stove with PNG gas pipe line, Gas Stove did not ON, flame not shown, I put up this stove for return, and also I contact to Surya flame company, Company immediately response to my complaint and next day by 10AM their macanic attended complaint and resolved my problem and then I cancelled return. Actually what happened, where gas pipe connect, there a plastic cap was filled, a small piece of that was broken and inserted inside so gas was blocked, and that was solved by company macanic
