We had a problem once with one of the burner but the problem was that we have spilled some tea into the burner and the customer service fixed it. Although they take a lot of time to send the technician. Our problem has solved

Sunshine. I personally trust the brand for it’s promise. My mom, aunty, mother in law, all have Sunshine gas stoves. My previous 2 burner gas stove also is from the same brand. I bought it about 8 years ago. Now I bought 3 burner gas stove. Previous stove I carefully stored. The quality of the stove material is perfectly long term. The new stove’s knobs are smooth with a lock system means kids at home playfully cannot operate n no fear of accidental gas leak. Gas pipe connecting inlet mechanism is unique design n solved my tight spot issue on kitchen counter. All is good. However, i feel the length of stove n the gap between the middle burner n the 2 side burners can be little bit more for ease of use.

I recently bought the Sunshine 4 Burner Gas Stove, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. The four burners are spaced well, so I can cook multiple things at the same time without any crowding. The design is sleek, with a toughened glass top that looks really nice in my kitchen and is super easy to clean. The burners give a strong, even flame, which has made cooking much quicker for me. It does have manual ignition, so I use a lighter, and I noticed the knobs are a little stiff, but nothing too serious. Overall, it feels like a solid, value-for-money product, and I’m glad I chose it.

Just completed one year with this Gas stove. Facing issue with it for the past one week. Raised a complaint and waiting for the service person visit. Their customer service is pathetic. No proper response even after calling them almost daily. Regret buying it. I should have gone with the likes of Butterfly/Prestige/etc where the service is prompt which is a must for a product like this. Now, I have to carry it and get it repaired from a local shop.
