Good stove with elegant look. It is made up of good thick metal and the stove is very heavy. It beautifies the kitchen and sits elegantly on the platform. Major plus point is the brush finish steel that gives a very high end appliance look and feel. The performance is also very good. Value purchase.

– Service also good in Hyderabad as one of my gas nozzle is little blocked with dust service person came, explained and cleaned.

Earlier the Knob had some issue but there customer service is very responsive .I really appreciate that 👏👏. As it’s been a month since I have not get any problem in this which is amazing 😊😊😊.

Quality Beyond expectation…. .
Good sturdy built, material used is so heavy, even a single person can’t lift easily.
Though one Knob is delivered damaged , and the indication behind Knob is reversed print.

The product itself is good, but the seller’s customer service is absolutely terrible. I had an issue and contacted their toll-free number, only to be told to send the details via WhatsApp. I did as instructed, and they assured me that someone would reach out within 24-48 hours. However, no one ever followed up. When I called their customer support again, they kept me on hold for a long time and then disconnected the call. The after-sales service is pathetic! I strongly advise against buying this product because if you ever need support, you’ll be left frustrated and helpless.
