I purchased this 3-burner gas stove about 3 to 4 months ago. Unfortunately, one of the burners stopped working recently. Since then, I have been trying to reach customer support for the past 25 days but have not received any assistance.
The toll-free number is difficult to reach.
The WhatsApp support team seems unable to provide proper guidance.
I even dropped an email through the official Sunshine website, but till today, no one has contacted me for a service visit
While the product itself is decent, the after-sales service has been very disappointing. I would kindly suggest that buyers check the local service support before making a purchase. I also hope the company improves its service response, as timely support would make the overall experience much better.

I got my product delivery today. Only issue is they don’t give installation. We have to do it on our own. They should provide the facilty.
Looks are good and sturdy too.
