Packing was very bad. It was just stuck on one’ tape,it was possible for some parts to have fallen out. The product is good enough. But packing has to be improved

Been using it for 3 months now and quite happy with the purchase. The build is good quality and above all the burners are 3 different sizes (small, medium and large) which really helps with the cooking as most 3 burner stoves come with 2 small burners which aren’t that useful.

I previously owned the 2 burner version of this stove which was great. I went for the 3 burner this time. Unfortunately, it came poorly assembled. The gas lines assembly was not made properly and did not line up and mount correctly to the stainless body, resulting in a crooked/misaligned knob and cross-threaded screw (the screw was put in at an angle, damaging the thread hole) See photos.
I submitted a claim for this defective and poor workmanship, but never received a response. Otherwise, the stove works properly. No issue functionally.

We received the Sunflame Stainless Gas Stove today and the product turned out to be as expected. The gas stove is quite big and comes with 4 burners. The knobs are easy to use and seem to be durable. There is a burner position indicator at the side of each knob. The knob has to be turned left to ignite the burner and further left to get to the minimum flame. The flame at each burner is strong enough. The burners are made of bronze. The finishing of the product is quite good. We had a glass top gas stove with 3 burners before but we decided to go for a stainless steel one now because we find it much easier to use and clean. The 4 burners should reduce the cooking time significantly. We have started using the gas stove and it is working pretty well. One should definitely read the User Manual before starting to use the product and should ideally call an authorized dealer or technician to install the oven and test it once. That is what we did. Because we are talking about gas ovens here and one always has to be careful with these products. All in all this is a good product and we are satisfied with our purchase. The product seems to be durable, is easy to use and definitely is a value for money. It is an ideal gas stove for an Indian Kitchen.
