Out of the 4 burners 2 are not working

cooktop is easy to clean and works well.
however there are 2 issues that i noticed. on the jumbo burner, after it has been used for a while (30-40 minutes) it becomes over heated .
so when you try to switch it on again immed afterwards ,fire gets caught in the internal gas tube. you have to wait for burner to cool down . it can be a major fire hazard in closed kitchens or in certain circumstances.
there should have been small fins on the tube to cool it down.
2- the cleaning plate and rack are very loose, when you put utensils on it. its not stable and it shakes.

We were happy with the stove , the large burner was good and my wife was saying her cooking time has reduced by 30 to 45 min. It was just 2 weeks and Roti was being made on the tawa and all of a sudden there was a loud noise and the glass top shattered into small pieces. Contacted the service centre and I was told that replacement will take time since we had bought online, it would have been faster if we had bought off line through a dealer. It is now more than 5 days and there is no word from the service centre nor has anyone responded further to our call.
