Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Quality of Sujata Deluxe 3 Burner Gas Stove
I purchased the Sujata Deluxe 3 Burner Gas Stove from Amazon, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, there was no option for return or replacement after purchase, leaving me stuck with a product that does not meet basic expectations.
Here are the major issues I have faced:
1. Improper Dimensions – The width of the stove is very small compared to other reputed brands, even those available at a lower price. This makes it inconvenient to place utensils properly while cooking.
2. Unnecessarily High Height – The overall height is much higher than standard models, making cooking uncomfortable on a daily basis.
3. Unsafe Burner Stands – The burner stands are poorly designed. Utensils do not stay stable and keep wobbling, which is unsafe and frustrating.
4. No Vendor/Service Support – After raising complaints, I received no proper help from the vendor or customer service.
5. Not Value for Money – The price is too high compared to other reputed brands, which provide better quality, reliable design, and proper after-sales service at a much lower cost.
6. No Return/Replacement Policy on Amazon – The most disappointing part is that after purchasing through Amazon, I realized there is no option to return or replace this product, leaving customers with no solution if the product is defective or poorly designed.

Reviewing after almost 2 months of purchase. The build quality is decent. Auto ignition gave me trouble but the company is good on responding to complaints. They came back repeatedly and were finally able to resolve the issue..

The product was delivered timely. Had the complimentary PNG conversion kit. I however had an issue with rusting of the pan supports. Reported to the service team and they were prompt enough to replace all 4 pan supports. Kudos to the service team.
