My earlier induction top was exactly the same as well. It worked perfectly for more than 4years. I make my meals on it, so this is usually used 3-4 times a day. I don’t use it for frying (for eg, Pooris and tikkis). So my point is, despite of me totally using it for 4+ years and 3 meals a day this was not at all harsh on my E-Bill. So when my earlier one got damaged because of our carelessness, I got myself the exact same one. It is very easy to use. Please follow the care instructions that comes with this device as that really helps.

अमेजॉन से इंडक्शन 4 माह पहले खरीदा था जिसमें 1 वर्ष का वारंटी कार्ड भी था अतः यह कार्य करते हुए बंद हो गया जिसके उपरांत यह चालू नहीं हुआ अमेजॉन पर कस्टमर केयर से बात करने पर अमेजॉन पर रिप्लेस करने का मना कर दिया गया प्रेस्टीज सर्विस सेंटर ले जाने को कहा गया अतः मेरा अनुभव यह कहता है कि ऐमेज़ॉन तथा प्रेस्टीज दोनों से ही भरोसा उठ गया है| मैं बस यही कहना चाहूंगा ऑनलाइन खरीदी पर भरोसा ना करें और अमेजॉन में भरोसा तोड़ा है

The product has gone faulty within 3 weeks from purchase. It stopped working while cooking and tripped my home electricity MCB, indicating a fault inside the unit. Doesn’t switch on all. Service from Prestige is atrocious. It’s been 1 week since I logged a complaint with them and following up every alternate day on their toll free number. Only assurances of technician visit are provided. No technician has called or visited yet. Seems like a bad product made worse by a pathetic customer service.
Updated: The technician came and changed the entire motherboard. Started working fine. However, in April (during lockdown), it stopped working and keep showing error E5 immediately upon start, irrespective of utensil used. Cannot use it at all. Also, I can hear bits and pieces moving around inside. I think poor quality of plastic has resulted in breakdown of internal parts. Could see a small screw lying inside. How I wish I knew this was a piece of rubbish before I bought it! Never ever am I going to buy stuff from prestige.

This is quite a decent product of its range. If you are looking to use it as the ONLY medium of cooking it’s easy as it has got different menu types and selections mode for example Chapati/Idli/Curry .
If you are looking for buying it to combine the use of gas and induction even then it’s a nice value for money product. It’s long lasting durable and economical – all the 3 components that a buyer looks for in a product in the indian market.

Very nice product… Right time delivery and awesome product !!!! Don’t listen to Bad Reviewers. They don’t know how to use this induction cook top. They misuse it. Spill milk over it. Don’t use the swich properly. Etc. And hence, it stops working for them. Been 1 and half years since i used this. Still working absolutely well and saves electricity bill too. Just perfect. But you need to know how to use it

Worked smoothly for 3 years. After that there was a small short circuit and failed to work further
