Extremely bad product. I was purchased the item on last October 2024.Within 5 months of using this product the base colour coating start to remove and one of the stand of base also broke.Too much bad product and They didn’t want to give any repair service

Extremely Disappointing Product – Do Not Recommend!
I purchased this item in October 2024, and within just five months of use, the base color coating began to peel off, and one of the stands broke. This product is of very poor quality, and I am extremely dissatisfied with it. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service for a repair, they refused to provide any service without charging additional fees, even though the product comes with a 2-year warranty (according to the invoice).
It is unacceptable that a product like this is being sold without proper quality control, especially with such a misleading warranty. I would not recommend this product to anyone. My money has been completely wasted.
I also want to question Amazon for promoting such a subpar product on their platform. This experience has been very frustrating, and I hope others can learn from my mistake.
