One of the burners did not work. But it was a gift do couldn’t return it.

Amazon sent me a defective product. Now when I am trying to replace it , amazon guys not even responding to me on their app Or website.
I am writing this on 16 may 2025. There are still 4 days left till my replacement window ends but they are not responding.
Seems Amazon has taken a bad hit from quick commerce and this kind of behavior will make it worse.
