I recently ordered a gas stove from Prestige, and I’m really disappointed with what I received. The product seems like a used item — there were clear signs of previous usage, and the packaging was poorly done. Moreover, the stove has a serious issue: fire is coming out from under the burner, which is extremely unsafe and shows poor quality control.
I expected a brand-new, safe, and reliable product from Prestige, but this was a very unpleasant experience. Please look into this matter and ensure that customers receive proper quality-checked items in the future.
