I purchased this gas stove of 2 burners on the 10th of August, 2025, for my maid….today is the 13th, but till now, I didn’t get any call for its installation from the company.
And just a month back , my husband had ordered a three burner stove from this same brand, although we got a call from its representative saying that within 24 – 48 hours, a technical person would come over to install our stove,but no one came. We waited for over a week, and then, my husband himself installed it. So, I would rate it at 1 star, because if this is their service and follow up at the time of purchase, no need to wonder what their service will be later on. Besides, the glass top gets hot on touching, when the flame is on, (my old stove would never feel hot during cooking), and I also noticed the tips of the burner stands turn whitish after every use.

If there is a option to rate in – (minus), I will definitely give this product – rating, it’s totally waste of time & money.
1st time I ordered & saw automatic ignition is not working,then I replaced it & hope maybe I got a good product,but 2nd time today it is delivered it is the same problem, automatic ignition not working & it takes almost 4-5 days to replace the product,it is totally waste of time & money. Very bad experience with this product, please don’t make fool the customer,our time is very valuable.

Overall, a great product!
This feedback comes after two weeks of regular use. The auto ignition is simple and user-friendly — it’s a piezo-type, similar to kitchen lighters, so it doesn’t require batteries or electrical wiring and offers long life.
Thanks to its sleek design, I’ve gained more usable space on my kitchen counter. I replaced my bulky steel 2-burner LPG stove with this one, and it’s been a perfect upgrade to a modern glass-top stove.
