The panel crack itself after 5 min of use …
And Most important about return and refund..I return this product on 22 Feb 2026 and Today is 01 March till refund not credited…

I am very disappointed with this Longway 3-burner gas stove. After installation, I found that one of the burners is not working properly. It does not ignite correctly and does not maintain a proper flame, which makes cooking very difficult.
On top of that, one of the control buttons/knobs is already broken. This is extremely frustrating because the product is brand new and should not have such defects.
The overall build quality does not feel reliable. I expected better quality control before shipping. Receiving a defective product right out of the box is unacceptable.
I request either a replacement or full refund at the earliest.
Not recommended.
