I bought Khitan 3b SS gas stove one year ago. When I opened the box there was a manufacturing defect on one of the burner. There was a big hole on one of the burner ( picture added). Other than that it was fine. Hence I decided to keep the product and write about the same problem to the company. But unfortunately there was no response from the part of company so far. It’s one year over and working fine. (There was a miner issue of fire coming from out side the burner occurred. But once I cleaned it properly the problem got solved.)
Moral of the story if you want a gas stove with similar design and fair enough quality you can go for this. But don’t expect a company service. If anything happens you have to depend on local technician.
I’m reducing one star for poor quality check and after sales service. Anyway so far I’m satisfied with the product.

It started leaking within 15 days from the date we purchased now unable to claim the warranty because when reachee the nearby vendor he clearly denied to look in the issue and instead suggested me to return it and I’m unable to return it now through we received the order by 4th of Oct.
