The hob glass broke after 2 years, that too suddenly. KAFF is asking money to repair it, nearly the same price as the product. Not at all long lasting. Please avoid.

even after 37 days the burst hob is neither repaired nor replaced. The contact numbers of Kaff given the site appear to be fake. e-mail sent also is not responded. Local area manager never picks up calls.
Indeed Kaff is not only cheating the buyers but also the device is a life hazard

In less than 24 hours of use the burner got rusted . After less than 3 months power generator got unserviceable and Kaff technician saying I need to replace it and cost will be ₹2300 and it doesn’t come under warranty .
Overall a very bad experience . Don’t buy this product .

Blue flame indeed, but one burner could have been small and low flame.
The control not effective for low flame.
