Horrible product. The burner position is uncentered and the regular knobs were initially very tight and now going full circle without stopping at simmer position

There is no technician for my place, and technician is asking me to connect to someone else, which is not a part of Inalsa team. Waste product. I’m facing an issue of a leakage of gas form knob.

Earlier, I was using an old gas stove that gave me so many problems. Burners were uneven, knobs were hard to turn, and cleaning was a headache. Then I bought this INALSA 3 burner stove – such a big difference! Burners are powerful, knobs work smoothly, and it’s easy to clean. The stainless steel body looks premium and strong. It also works with both LPG and PNG, which is very useful.

While the product itself is good, but despite INALSA assuring of an installation, didn’t respond timely and customer service of the brand is quite messed up so don’t know how they would respond to repair if needed. There were also scratches on gas knob which isn’t expected from a brand new product. The product is sleek tho.

One of the burners didn’t work on installation. The company is not resposive to service request even for a new product. I am going to stick to buying locally for such products.
