I’ve been using this product for the past two years without a single issue. It’s an excellent product, but the best part is the exceptional after-sales service support.
When I recently reported an issue, a technician was sent out on the same day and provided an immediate resolution. Based on this personal experience, I highly recommend this product—go for it!
My only piece of advice for the improvement is to consider providing a Brass Valve in the pipe knob. I believe this change would contribute to longer-lasting, issue-free performance.
Rest assured, this is a perfect product.

Looks awesome, heavy, working fine. But there is an unfinished glass cutting edge at the left bottom part. But the customer care response was very prompt and positive. They said its only the glass cutting problem and have increased my glass warranty from 2 years to 5 years. Till now I am happy.
