Just used for 15 days and problem started, the flame is not coming properly making the stove useless, the technician is so careless when called he is not even showing any interest in visiting the place and fixing the problem. Called the technician many times everytime he is cooking some story to avoid visiting the place, this shows seller is just a money oriented person and ignores the customer after selling the product, this is not a good way of doing business. I don’t understand why Amazon is selling this kind of cheap products which is not worth for a single penny and don’t deserve any feedback.
I understand the product purchased is a trash and both Amazon and the seller made a fool of me.
Anyone who wants to buy this product, please don’t buy, you will regret later for purchasing this cheap product.

Writing this after 2 months of use. Overall oall experience is very good right from the delivery time to the performance of the stove. This stove is big enough to use 4 utensils on it. Takes less time for cooking and uses less LPG. Actually it worth in this price. Have explored many brand but the looks and design of GREENCHIEF outshines others.

I already owns same model from 2020 and is really good . However this latest purchase for my parents is a little disappointed. The stand is bend (i returned it) , Gas inlet is on right corner (in fact the product description still shows in centre). Burner alignment is disturbed easily in transit due to the feable fixing stud. Had to do all sort of adjustment to get it right. So fingers crossed for it’s durability.
My request to manufacturer you may increase price and not to disturb your good design features for which it should be known.
Update 1- Appreciate customer response team for quick response and visiting my place and resolving yellow flame issue.
Update 2- After 8 months of usage I want to give 5 star. This is based on no issue and good performance of this product till now.

Liked this gas stove. Quality is OK. Not very good. Safety and looks wise it is good. But the stand is very low. For making it high to keep the underneath area clean I need to buy extra four stands.

The media could not be loaded.
Burner is poor finishing and center and outer OD dimension was mismatched. So, burner very very loose fitting 4 burner unsize gas flame leaks. Other wise product was Good
