I bought the 4 burner version and find it mostly easy to use. One can experience initial hiccups around maintenance as one might be used to the traditional cooktops. Once you become accustomed to the dos and donts like it will be as easy as the older cooktops.

I recently purchased a stainless steel cooktop from Glen, and within just one day, rust stains appeared on the surface. When I reached out to Glen for assistance, I was extremely disappointed by their response. They refused to take responsibility, claiming that the issue wasnโt a manufacturerโs fault.
The customer service experience was one of the worst Iโve encountered. Glen doesnโt seem to have a dedicated customer support team. Instead, I ended up speaking with a few individuals who, frankly, didnโt seem professional or equipped to handle customer complaints. In the end, they informed me that their warranty only covers burners and other specific components and not stains or rust.
In contrast, I have to commend Amazon.in for their excellent customer service. They quickly arranged a return for the stove and refunded my money without any hassle.
Overall, I strongly advise against buying from Glen. If youโre looking for a reliable brand with better service, consider alternatives like Prestige, Milton, or Bosch. These brands have a far superior reputation for both quality and customer support. Avoid Glen at all costs.

Good Quality. Easy to use and maintain. Value for money. Looks stunning. Battery operated ignition. Need to pay extra amount to the technician to fit the gas pipe, which could be self accomplished.
Delivery was complicated though.

I have taken stainless steel 4 burner auto ignition glen stove. It’s too expensive. If need in less price you can go with glass model, it is also good in low price.

The knobs get hot and the rubber beneath the knob melts,especially the one near to the large burner. Also auto ignition does not work properly.
