I purchased this Glenn 3-burner gas stove with the trust that comes with a reputed brand, but it has turned out to be a nightmare and a serious safety hazard.
Major Issues:
โข The biggest burner frequently stops burning while the gas keeps flowing, causing gas to leak silently. If unnoticed, this can easily lead to a gas explosion at home.
โข The same problem has now started with the other burners too.
โข The pan support actually touches the gas burner, blocking the pores. This results in flames getting extinguished randomly, again leading to gas leaks.
Terrible Service Experience:
โข When I contacted their Goregaon service center (Kranti), I was given a casual explanation that itโs a โcoating problemโ absolutely ridiculous for a design flaw that puts lives at risk.
โข Their technician was clueless and did not check anything properly.
โข Worse, when I tried explaining over the phone, they literally disconnected my call mid-way, showing zero professionalism.
Bottom line:
This product is a potential death trap.
I shudder to think what could have happened if we hadnโt noticed the gas smell in time. If an accident happens, who takes responsibility?
Completely disappointed with Glenn for manufacturing such a poorly designed, dangerous appliance and offering such pathetic after-sales support. I would strongly warn everyone to stay away from this product. Your familyโs safety is not worth the risk.

A good product to go for. If you are looking for an appropriate distance burners with three units, this burner is worth to buy.

While this product is recommended by Amazon, all future purchasers beware that the sales and service installation by Glen is not very clear like some of the other brands sold on Amazon.
1. Unless now updated (it was not visible when I bought), there is no information associated with Installation, applicable warranty and associated costs – inclusive or non inclusive.
2. The customer care and service agents themselves get into an argument if the client was suitably informed about the applicable installation charges.
The issue is not the costs, the issue is the transparency about the applicable costs and who they are paid to. Its very uncomfortable when someone shows up at your door and then tries to install fear in your thoughts about warranty lapses if we do not work with the brands service agents.
Glen need to, in public interest, let us know clearly who their service agents are, what are the installation charges and what are the applicable warranties or lapses.

Pros:
1. A sleek well designed, 3 burner, gas stove with glass top
2. Hottest part of flame is really focused at the cooking pot position due to a combination of well designed burners and proper height of stands.
3. Sturdy stove with low height and smaller dimensions
Cons:
1. Lighters on the stove are non functional from day one
2. Position of gas connection is very awkwardly placed in the middle of its back side. Hence, almost 4″ space is wasted on cooking platform.
