Bought glen hob top .. had the worst experience with the product. The burners never emit proper gas and there is always heating issue .. moreover if u call service centre they take months to reply and repair.. worst decision to buy this product.

I live in Lucknow a smart city, wanted to use glen from a long time so ordered this hob but the experience was worst therefore it is worth sharing It has not been installed by the glen service centre after six days of delivery also. I had a word with the customer support thrice during the six days but they were also not able to help. This shows sheer negligence of Glen as I don’t feel that I would be first one facing this issue. Finally managed to convince Amazon to return the product. It is going back tomorrow. Please don’t purchase any product of glen as the Produce is only replaceable and non returnable.
