Got it neatly packed and delivered from Amazon.. it’s a PNG gas stove… Used it for a month and giving an honest review .. it’s worth buying this gas stove… With good Toughened glass… And auto ignition(battery one).. highlight of this stove is the burner… A small medium and large burner Placed perfectly…loved it

Poor service.
Service Agent – Chakra (Chennai)
Glen Customer support is also poor.
I had called the service agent directly to book the service and they promised it will be attended in next 48 hrs, no one turned up. Called them again to follow up, they answered rudely that they are the only team for service and i can can go and raise a complain wherever i want.
Then i communicated to Glen India customer support. They forwarded my email here and there to multiple teams.
No one has turned up yet. I have to get it repaired with Urban Company only.
How can someone wait for 2 weeks to attend a gas stove complaint.
I recommend not to go with GLEN, Just for their poor service in Chennai. I dont know about the other cities.

We are happy to buy this product as due to auto ignition now we donโt use the lighterโs it looks nice with the glass top and itโs three burners of different sizes are very useful ๐
