It’s a pathetic product, within a purchase of 3months I had registered a complaint thrice for various issues, moreover, the burners are not placed in a straight line, it’s a total mismatch

Someone ordered these wonderful gas stove they received band packing. But inside receive 4 brick in 4 corner and some paking material. Same thing as on exchange also. These type of seller spoli customer experience.

Dont buy Glen company product. Brought stove for ₹13,000 and am writing this review after just 20 days of use. The burner color has already changed, and the material quality is extremely poor. The knob has also broken.I tried contacting Glen customer care, but no one responds — there’s absolutely no support. I bought this product hoping it would last at least 10 years, but it stopped working in less than a month. Very disappointed with both the product quality and after-sales service.

We bought this product 2 years back. Within few months auto ignition stopped working. And in 1 year one burner stopped working. We called for customer service but the person didn’t come despite several followups. After several arguments it has been serviced but charged saying it’s not covered under warranty. After 2 years 1 valve and 2 burners gone. Again same story and he came and cheated by taking whooping amount of 4600 for 2 burners and 1 valve. Now again in 1 month the small burner not working. Highly not recommended.

The item does not justified the value. Ignition spark is not working properly. The buttons are not working properly. The items quality is not good and it should be improved so that customer gets checked items.
