I got this product in October 2021 since than I didn’t see any issue and it works well. Couple times had to change the battery for auto ignite.
It has plenty of space between the burner which let you to use all 4 burners at the same time.

Cooking is faster compared to traditional gas stoves. Cleaning is easy to get. Gas pipe should hv been on left side of the stove. Otherwise need to buy longer pipe (atleast in most Indian kitchen)
Worth buying.. using since 2 months .. going good..

1. Poor Quality: I paid ₹28,000 for this hob expecting good quality, but the build and performance are extremely disappointing. It feels like a cheap product with a premium price tag. 2. Low Flame Performance: The flames are so weak that cooking takes forever. Often, the food ends up feeling half-cooked. This is completely unacceptable for any kitchen appliance, let alone one this expensive. 3. Terrible Service Support: After the purchase, Faber has no record of your product. The warranty card is basically useless – their team has no idea about it and offers no help. 4. Rude Customer Care: The customer support is shockingly rude and unprofessional. They lack basic politeness and have no intention of actually resolving your issues. 5. Warranty is a Joke: Even though the hob is under warranty, they still demand a huge service fee. What is the point of having a warranty if you have to pay for everything anyway?
⸻
Bottom Line: I strongly do not recommend buying any Faber product. If their ₹28,000 hob performs this badly, I can’t even imagine how poor their cheaper products would be. Save your money and your peace of mind — stay away from Faber.
