Product is good but customer care service is not responsive. I raised a complaint but no serviceman approached here to solve the problem.
Received in good condition. Packing has minor damages . No physical damages found Item not footed and used yet . –

I have been using it since last Feb. It’s working fine. Faber’s service is also satisfactory.

The design is clean and looks beautiful and modern, but all this newness lasted only for 1st 15 days. On use the rubber gasket between the steel frame and the glass top melted and started deforming and coming out from the big burner side.
Contacting the Faber support was another big task as no technician was willing to come for repair.
Finally one of them came. The gas stove is badly designed each burner has 5 screws so somewhere around 15 screws, 15 rings and 30 nuts are to be removed to remove the glass top. What a mess.
The technician said that for this reason they avoid such cases. He replaced it with a new gasket and demanded ₹150 for it. Why should I pay for substandard material used by the company?
Now it’s one week post replacement and the gasket has again started melting. Now what should I do? Go through all the exercise again or just ignore for the glass top to touch the frame and face consequences?
