The product is very good and look very elegant in kitchen –
Battery is not there so if power supply is off need to search for lighter….

This product of Faber has 5 problems:
1. The metal knobs heats up within 15 minutes of kitchen so much so that you will have to use a thick towel to operate it.
2. The body close to hob also lacks insulation, rather it gets heated up so much that one really doesn’t know what to do it with it.
3. If you have good utensils, the non-stick wooden handle ones, be cautious it will blacken due to the heat.
4. In the name child security it would be tough for many to operate it properly. In fact one has to be too lucky it get the hob start working in the very first go.
5. Lastly pathetic Customer Service. If your hob is not working the serviceman will come the next day by evening if you are lucky or else he may come day after tomorrow. That also is not much of help because they too are following hit and trial method only. Also, the serviceman, very likely in India, would tell you that you can contact them separately and get the cleaning done crossing over the regular chain hiearchy and command, which I honestly found pointless because, yes, they would also be hitting and trying.
I have this 4 hob wala stove. Bought on 28th January 2023. Have put 5 compaints in total, last being the issue of health hazard where my niece’s palm has been burnt operating the knob.
Whether you people would read this or not I don’t know but one thing is for sure this company would not go much further because if their attitude and product handling system remains the same

Product is good . But knob got damage. worst package. Please take care about package when deliver heavy products

Useless product. Third class service and repair. No warranty. Do not get cheated. Burner takes 2 minutes to light up. And then, it will extinguish anytime and you will not even come to know. Faber customer care is cluless. They are suggesting to buy additional stands for Rs1600. Had to throw away the product.
The product is very good and look very elegant in kitchen –
Product started losing its paint and started rusting as soon as we started cooking this is more of a showpiece than an actual useful product. We bought it due to the name and fame of Faber company
But it lacks the quality by huge margins. It’s nobs get very heated and lose their shine when we cook in the front stoves specially the bigger one. This could have been a very good product if they actually made it worth even 20,000.Even the service guy was disrespectful and tried stealing.
