This cooktop from Elica is very easy to use and is of good quality. I was already a user of Elica stove and so i know the durability of the product. This one is slim and looks very good, gives the feeling of a hob being a cooktop. 2 things which i would like Elica to improve.
1. Installation which is not free for the new product. They just remove and connect the gas pipe which is chargable and if we do not take this service, any future issues in a year would be chargable which is not a good practice.
2. The Knobs are very smooth and sometimes which cleaning, they get turned on. So need to be a bit careful.
Overall, good product and totally satisfied with a week of using this product. (Will update if i face any issue in future).

It’s a good product. Looks elegant. I works good. But the steel plates quality is not that great. The colour of the steels has changes may be because of the heat generated by burner. It has got sharp edges as well (edges could have been moulded).
Also installation they are charging 250 rs. I would not recommend to opt for it as it is plug and play. You just need to place the plates and burners and connect the gas pipe.
Value for money as I got it for 12k.

This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made.
Major gas leakage every 2-3 months.
We call a technician, the technician “fixes” it and charges 415 rupees every single time and leaves. (Btw, the warranty card is worthless, it’s very useless and doesn’t cover anything)
It’s expensive and charges more and more every visit.
The technician comes after 36 hours or so, so in that period the gas will keep on leaking continuously as well.
It’s also very difficult to clean because of the crazy guard plates which are screwed together and it is supposed to protect liquids from going in but it does not. The liquid (milk spill or rice water spill, which is sometimes normal), will destroy your gas.
The service center won’t do anything to replace it, amazon won’t do anything either.
Now the only option is to resell it or just throw it in the garbage because that’s what it exactly is… Garbage…

Bestest product at an amazing price! Best of all, I received the call as soon as order was placed and the shop owner asked my location on WhatsApp and promised delivery next day. Next day it was delivered. As soon as it was delivered, I received call for installation…but this time I was too excited and quick in installing myself so told them accordingly. Best decision made to buy this gas stove of 4 burners. First of all it doesn’t take much space like other companies do, secondly it’s so smooth and the quality is too good. Thanks Elica and all the backend team for quality and delivery. Do not get confused with the size, the exact size of this product is 19.5 inches Width x 34.5 inches Length x 2.5 inches height…Manual ignition, just go for it…Your search ends here.
