Received the product with Manufacturing defect. The product has leakage issue and catching flames everywhere. Neither Amazon nor Elica is helping. Technicians from Elica are visiting and each time they visit, they fix some leakage. But after sometime we can smell the gas leakage is happening. I don’t know where can I get the resolution. Customer care executives have no clue about the complaints they are registering with Elica. No update from them. Tremendously bad service.
