I had ordered Elica Hobtop 4 Burner Auto Ignition CLASSIC FLEX AB 460 with 1 Mini Triple Ring and 3 Small D but due to some reasons or misplacement, my packet didn’t have 3 burners and I directly approached to Elica customer care and they were very generous and immediately assigned a technician. Technician reviewed the setup and immediately forwarded the call to their service office. I received the call from their service office same day and Mr. Pillay from Elica service center immediately arranged a call with HO and they were very generous and helped me resend those 3 burners again and told to do the installation. This is very kind of them. It show how a typical good brand works and their business works.

My biggest mistake buying Elica!!! Horrible and very Insulting Service Actually NO SERVICE At all😒The Technicians only come and tell you That EVERYTHING That needs to be fixed doesn’t come under warranty and The ignition becomes redundant after/inspite of repeated repairs So keep paying for everything 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The burners are of worst quality. after 1month, a gap forms between top ring and bottom ring. Auto ignition is no workin in 3 burners. Service technician smiled when we told the complaints…that showed their attitude

Had spend almost more than half of the cost for servicing , every year service required and if you call the service guy he will charge you minimum 500-1000, recent service I had paid Inr 4200/- with replacement of 2 burner + some connector as well.
Prior to my purchase I had done lots of research but my assumption was wrong due to the reason the product Elica is selling in India is not a high quality even you are paying a premier price for the same.
As per my personal suggestion don’t go for Elica..
