This is my 2nd Elica hob. Extremely unhappy with the product and service. Still in warranty and no solution is provided to the problem. Will never recommend to buy Elica.

Flame quality is not good the burner gets stained easily.

1. The product is good in appearance.
2. The ignition takes large number of trial to start the flame to the burners.
3. Suddenly gets off when cooking is in progress. Thereafter no response for a couple minutes, sometimes hours.
4. The glass table of the hob gets extreme hot within a short breath of time.
5. The flame adjusting buttons also get heated soon like hot cooking pans.
6. The local service person authorised by Elica came to see the issues once, but no feedback, no idea or answer or solution. He was solution-less, answerless and helpless.
I hope Elica will see and consider this customer feedback sincerely and seriously to help and guide us (as a valuable customer of high priced product).
If possible clear the issue with the device or replace the product. Thank you.

Their product and it’s service is splendid.

Very low flame. Takes a lot of time to cook. Go for traditional one. Hob model especially elica doesn’t work

After 2-3 uses, the self ignitiion stopped working. after several reminders, service was provided. After that it works well. Battery needs to be replaced frequently.
