The worst “branded product” I had ever purchased. I bought 2 nos of this expensive model in 2021 and paying through nose for the spare parts since then.
Within few months, all sorts of problem started cropping up in BOTH the models.
Low flames, auto ignition keeps going bad, smallest of milk or water spill causes circuit issues.
Within a year, burners/hobs started bending weirdly – never seen such stuff in my life.
Gas started leaking from hobs.
Already replaced butners 3 times.
Thinking of throwing it away. I came here to write review and not surprized by the avg 1.7 rating. Stay away from them.

Product: Elica Hob 4 Burner Auto Ignition Glass Top – 1 Dual, 1 Medium and 2 Small FB Brass Gas Stove – Rs. 38,000.
Buying this product turned out to be an expensive mistake.
Regulator:
Within just three months, the auto-ignition stopped working. A technician visited and temporarily fixed it by applying oil to the regulator. It worked for another two months, but I was then instructed to manually apply oil regularly to keep the ignition functional. After a year, the regulator completely failed. Upon raising a complaint, the technician discovered that the battery box was completely rusted, and I had to pay for its replacement.
Spark Plug:
In just two years, I had to replace the spark plugs for two burners.
Burner:
The burners started showing signs of poor quality within a month. The top burner turned completely black with white patches, and the brass lost its shine. Cleaning is difficult because, as per the technician, water should not be used. After 18 months, the medium burner began malfunctioning, and I had to replace it at a cost of ₹3,140.
We initially thought this gas hob would be the centerpiece of our kitchen, but it has become an eyesore. We now keep a kadai on it just to hide it from view.

Using this hob since 5 years & started facing problems after 6 months of installation. There are lot many issues with this Hob-
The burners are not real brass burners. Within 6 months of usage, the polish came off. They are just made of some metal which is of low quality.
The so called golden brass ring, which stands on the burner got contracted/ shrink after 6 months of usage & so far I had to get it replaced with the company’s technician twice. The contraction in the burner leads to leakage of gas from the sides making it dangerous to use. It forms a ring of flame around it.
Flames are either too high beyond the vessel or too low to heat.
It’s an expensive useless product, not even worth 1 star.

Life biggest mistake to purchase this product as it is waste of money with no services to be offered and no matter how many times you complain your conplain will not be resolved for lifetime plus the techinician and company will just make fool out of you….
They will just pass time until your warranty gets over and then will send technician to get the service charges and spare parts and after that too the problem remains and then they again get charges for visiting

Worst quality not recommended for Indian cooking.Using this product for more than 5 years. Frequently sooth formation on vessels. Flame redness etc..

Within few months , spark related issues started xomming. As what others have said, technician will never accept and offer replacement. Exactly in 2 years, 2 big burners are gone. The spreaders can’t evenly spread gas.

bought offline after sales service is worse. Unnecessary charges for technician visiting which is 500₹ outside warranty which is one year. Better tomorrow for a different product
