We faced problem after 1 month of buying this. Its flame is started red and my whole pan’s are started black from bottom. I complaint about it with elica service but there is no response from the company and nobody visited to us and its almost a month i complaint 5 times but there ia no response. Verry bad service. Not expected. We want to return this bcz poor and bad services

I recently purchased the Elica Stow Glass, hoping for a reliable and durable cooking experience. However, I am extremely disappointed with the product as the glass unexpectedly broke while I was cooking. This incident has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality and durability of the product.
Firstly, the glass of the Elica Stow should have been designed to withstand the high temperatures typically encountered during cooking. Unfortunately, this was not the case, as the glass shattered while I was using the stove. This unexpected breakage not only ruined my cooking experience but also posed a safety hazard in my kitchen.
Moreover, the inconvenience caused by the broken glass is significant. I had to deal with the aftermath of the shattered glass, including cleaning up the mess and ensuring no shards were left behind. This added extra stress and wasted my valuable time, which should have been spent enjoying my meal.
Furthermore, the poor customer service experience I had when contacting Elica’s support team was disheartening. They were unhelpful and unsympathetic, providing no satisfactory resolution or compensation for the faulty product. This lack of support only added to my frustration and disappointment with the overall experience.
Considering the price I paid for the Elica Stow Glass, I expected a product that would last and provide a hassle-free cooking experience. However, the unexpected breakage and subsequent lack of customer support have left me questioning the quality and reliability of the product.
In conclusion, I regret purchasing the Elica Stow Glass. The fact that it broke while I was cooking, the inconvenience it caused, and the lack of assistance from the customer support team have all contributed to my negative experience. I would not recommend this product to others seeking a reliable and durable cooking appliance.

The product is very satisfying for me . After sales and service of Elica is noteworthy. They contacted me . They provided my number to the technician and he called me to solve my issue . But the hob I received was damaged i.e the glass was completely ruined. (Happened due to poor packaging and irresponsible carrying of it).
I returned it(easily) and ordered again and this time the hob I received was in perfect condition… I’m pretty satisfied with the product…

Flames in all the burners are very low and when complained to elica, representative charged Rs.400 per burner to install something which increased the flame intensity. After 1 year flame of one of the burner again got low. When called elica, they said even if it is under 5 years warranty but visit charges of Rs.418 would be applicable after 1 year. Very bad quality of burners as well color went off for almost all the burners. My relative purchased stove worth Rs. 4000 which works better than this. Extremely disappointed with Elica and this product

I am using this hob from last six months. Iam extreemly satisfied with the performance of the product. Installation was prompt .Auto ignition working properly. Only thing what I observed heating process is little bit slow comparison to my old normal oven.

I am writing this review when the issue persist post 1 month of service repair also…the agent just cleaned the stove and told me to keep it clean….i already informed that the issue is there since I bought it .. it sometimes work but sometimes it doesn’t 50% times
I want my money back or I want a new unit
